Hi InvernessFarm, Did you figure this out by experimentation?? Or you just assumed it would be better / higher levels of L Reuteri when always using the pills to start the yogurt? Thank you :)

I have a question, I have no idea if Dr. Davis has an email address for consumers. I am in the US, I do not have SIBO, I was just cleared of H.Pylori on a 14 day treatment which I believe has destroyed my microbiome. The ulcer that was discovered by my GI Doctor might be healing now. I still have some slow digestive process and it feels like my stomach continues to bother me, not as much as it did before I started the treatment, but enough to make me remember I am still healing. This will sound a little silly, I would like to know if anybody on this video or even Dr. Davis can tell me if this preparation will help me radically,or will bring my gut to a normal level, like it was before. I see a lot of people with a SIBO issues, I hope all of you recover successfuly. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. The equipment and the products are a little expensive but well worth it if I am going to cure my gut. Thank you and God Bless!!

I had to be on two courses of strong antibiotics over the summer and into October and they always mess up my gut so badly. My stomach was hurting so much I could hardly eat, pain all the time, especially at night. I started taking digestive enzymes again, which have always helped me, and got Dr. Davis's Super Gut book, started making the l. reuteri yogurt and within about three days my tummy pain was gone and I felt so much better. I'm eating half a cup a day of the yogurt (fermented dairy, I just go ahead and call it yogurt) and plan on adding his sibo yogurt eventually, too. I also used to make my own dairy kefir and am going to follow his recipe for kefir in his book and get into that again. So far, just digestive enzymes at my main meal during the day and the l. reuteri fermented dairy once a day has worked wonders for me.

I can only tell you this information from GAPS perspective, not this particular yogurt, but pretty much any probiotic food. You have to start with a maximum of one teaspoon per day and slowly work up to your desired goal, one cup per day. Otherwise you can have massive "die off reactions". Some people are so sensitive, that only one drop per day is the ideal starting dose! So if you have die off reactions from one teaspoon, then have a week or two break and after start it with one drop a day only. It is also ideal to mix any fermented food into room temperature chicken soup, meat soup to start with, easier on your gut. One entire cup of fermented food suddenly introduced can cause havoc, massive die off reactions. Slow down, intoduce it in small portions and gently work it up to one cup a day portion. Hope this helps.

I take chlorphyl later in the day and it binds with the toxins. In a month it has cleared up my psoriasis. I did have some gut problems the first few days. Went to a wedding this past Saturday that I usually am anxious about since it was friends of my wife. I had a great time and talked and joked with strangers. I love this stuff.

I’m hoping you will answer this… I have a male relative in remission for prostate cancer and the Drs. are keeping his testosterone very low. Can he have this yogurt? Will it inflame cancer with higher testosterone . I would think it might help…🫤
