"I am working on the Super Gut Program. I have been saved by your extensive and profound knowledge and generosity. I am captivated by the SIBO yogurt and the recipes you introduced. The 'clove green tea' was shocking for me as a Japanese person, but I love it and drink it every day. I have struggled with SIBO and SIFO for nearly 50 years. I have tried countless dietary therapies. I pray that this time will mark the end of my battle with this formidable foe. Thank you so much for always generously providing valuable information."

Ruatari and therefore makes this bread super healthy. His inferance was that all the studies he had done in college could then be true through simply eat homemade sourdough bread.

@@robinkeith1507 Try and make smaller portion and you will see. I will just about to start ours too. The books says it lasts for 4 weeks in fridge, but I heard in videos from people that it does not. So just in case make a smaller batch and make it more often. And experiment with one, that you keep in the fridge for longer. But make sure you have fresh as well, so you don't run out of it, it is expensive keep making it from the pills, better use some out of the previous batch. I would suggest if you do have SIBO to try and eat only a very little amount to start with, as fermented food can cause massive do off reactions if you suddenly have a big portion.

It's not sweet at all. I imagine most the lactose and starch, inulin, used to feed the reuteri are used up. Been making and eating it for 3 weeks and it's absolutely delicious. I'm relatively healthy anyway but have a greater sense of well-being and my skin does seem better.

@Sanatan_Truth_1 Thanks for the info! If the subsequent batches did not have much L Reuteri, then did he find out which strain of bacteria was in the yogurt? I’m assuming he made new batches of yogurt using a couple of tablespoons from the previous batch. And it was those subsequent batches that had lower levels of L Reuteri? I wonder what other microbe took its place or was it just lower levels? This is very interesting and you’re lucky to have a friend like that!

I have a question, I have no idea if Dr. Davis has an email address for consumers. I am in the US, I do not have SIBO, I was just cleared of H.Pylori on a 14 day treatment which I believe has destroyed my microbiome. The ulcer that was discovered by my GI Doctor might be healing now. I still have some slow digestive process and it feels like my stomach continues to bother me, not as much as it did before I started the treatment, but enough to make me remember I am still healing. This will sound a little silly, I would like to know if anybody on this video or even Dr. Davis can tell me if this preparation will help me radically,or will bring my gut to a normal level, like it was before. I see a lot of people with a SIBO issues, I hope all of you recover successfuly. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. The equipment and the products are a little expensive but well worth it if I am going to cure my gut. Thank you and God Bless!!

I had to be on two courses of strong antibiotics over the summer and into October and they always mess up my gut so badly. My stomach was hurting so much I could hardly eat, pain all the time, especially at night. I started taking digestive enzymes again, which have always helped me, and got Dr. Davis's Super Gut book, started making the l. reuteri yogurt and within about three days my tummy pain was gone and I felt so much better. I'm eating half a cup a day of the yogurt (fermented dairy, I just go ahead and call it yogurt) and plan on adding his sibo yogurt eventually, too. I also used to make my own dairy kefir and am going to follow his recipe for kefir in his book and get into that again. So far, just digestive enzymes at my main meal during the day and the l. reuteri fermented dairy once a day has worked wonders for me.

I can only tell you this information from GAPS perspective, not this particular yogurt, but pretty much any probiotic food. You have to start with a maximum of one teaspoon per day and slowly work up to your desired goal, one cup per day. Otherwise you can have massive "die off reactions". Some people are so sensitive, that only one drop per day is the ideal starting dose! So if you have die off reactions from one teaspoon, then have a week or two break and after start it with one drop a day only. It is also ideal to mix any fermented food into room temperature chicken soup, meat soup to start with, easier on your gut. One entire cup of fermented food suddenly introduced can cause havoc, massive die off reactions. Slow down, intoduce it in small portions and gently work it up to one cup a day portion. Hope this helps.
