Okay, Doc. I thought your videos about sibo yogurt nothing short of snake oil, but it starting to look like I was mistaken. Following an ileostomy for a cancer 3 years ago, then the reversal, I had chronic around the clock, soft stool/diarrhea issues. I'd always suspected some kind of sibo like disorder, because of the anti-biotics protocals, but my doctors told me I'd be dealing with these daily bathroom adventures for the rest of my life. I'm now on your lactobacillus reuteri yogurt and it's been a magical turnaround the past 5 weeks. There wasn't any noticeable results the first week, but low and behold something kicked in on the second week. I'm very superstitious, so I'm not saying I'm cured, but this is defiantly an interesting journey. Thank you!
@jons24472 күн бұрын
People *think* it's "snake-oil" because they've been lied to from the beginning about the fake "health care". It ain't "health care" it's disease management for *profit*! Drugs are *designed* to not cure anything but *only* to "treat" the *SYMPTOMS!*

@rhonnadonnelly55623 ай бұрын
That sounds good. How do you make them?
@danielk68783 ай бұрын
@rhonnadonnelly5562 make sure you get the good Vidalia sweet onions period regular yellow or white onions are not that great. Cut in wedges super thin and then pack in a quart jar. Then mix one tablespoon of canning salt with two cups of water. Use that as the brine that you poured over it. Put the glass weight over it and then a burping nipple. Let it ferment at room temperature 1 to 2 weeks then just keep in the refrigerator. I will usually add some juice from a previous batch of fermented vegetables to get it started

Dr Davis, I'm curious as to why it seems that there is no end-point to taking fermented concoctions like the SIBO yogurt. For instance, once you restore Reutari, why do you need to keep taking it? Can you back off of the dosing of Reutari once a new colony is established? Is it because people were always exposed natural fermentation of our food in the olden days, so that it was just the norm that we were always supplementing helpful bugs?
