There are people who put shows and series such as, paranormal activities, ghost adventures, and ghost hunters claiming that there are people who physically died or passed away years ago but they are still HERE in this world not as human beings anymore but as ghosts now, how is this related to believers who are saved and unbelievers who are not saved when they physically die or pass away from this world?

There are no "ghosts." However, there are demons that are perfectly capable of masquerading as a deceased person. Satan is trying to deceive people by getting them into ghost-hunting, the occult, etc. It is all demonic.
