Well done, Yankee, your sermons are immensely appreciated as they nourish our souls in a sea of false teaching and confusion. Keep going. We are so blessed to receive your teaching!

The old nature has been chewing me up one side down the other lately. I went through a couple or so months where I was walking in the new man, and I witnessed the difference in my life. Next thing I know, the old man attacked with a vengeance along with heavy spiritual oppression. I'm fully dependent on God's mercy and grace because, without it, I'd be doomed. I know I don't deserve it, but I'm grateful for it. In the roughest days when the old man wins out in my life, I come crawling back to God, relying on His mercy and grace despite the fear telling me He's had enough of me. But His word promises He will never leave me or forsake me, that He magnifies His word above all His name, that He is full of compassion and slow to anger, and that His mercies are new every morning. No matter what I feel, I remember these truths. He promised and, unlike me, a sinful woman, God keeps all of His promises, and He is constant and is always who He says He is. ♥

Pastor Yankee! When will you be in Phoenix in 2025? Can’t wait to meet you!
@YankeeArnoldMinistriesКүн бұрын
I will be passing thru Phoenix about Feb 4 or 5th. In my motor home I will stay on express way, so an exit number and restaurant might be possible to meet. Need phone. Yankee

Growing up, I went to a Pentecostal church off and on that my grandparents went to, and I have visited several other churches throughout my life that taught that we should want the "baptism by fire", and some of them really pushed it. Even as a young child, I shrunk away from that because it felt scary. A few months ago, I discovered what it meant in the scriptures, and I suddenly understood why. Baptism by fire isn't meant for believers. I didn't want it then and I don't want it now.
