That being said , I am believing that the quake they may be referring is along one of the major faults. I am Alaskan and remember the largest earthquake in North America , it was 9.2 and had devasting consequences not only in Alaska, but California. These fault lines impact others , California /Oregon has been predicted for awhile, there are millions more ppl living along the line than the quake in 1964.

I was reading a story about a guy that lives in Tennessee and experienced an eclipse while he was fishing on land that a lot of native Americans got unalived on. He said as soon as the eclipse happened, he saw a bunch of human silhouettes surrounding him. He said they froze and didn’t move and he was able to tell female from male. He ran to get his knife and poof…they were all gone as soon as the moon moved on from the sun. He sounded legit, so I found his story interesting.

I am totally shocked that you do NOT believe in Ghosts, my late father was the same he used to say "nope, until I see one I am not having it' bless him whilst on holiday in Tenerife he woke up up at 3am needing the toilet, upon turning his side light on he saw a figure of a fishmerman sat on the dresser smiling at him. he said he could see right through him and sat and looked at him for around 10 minutes, as he moved the sheet back the ghost dissapeared and went through the wall. I live in the U.S.A. I grew up in the church. I'm worried. I have loved the Lord all my life. I have tried my whole life to be a good person. But I have also had some real bad things happen top me, that the average human, should not have lived through. But I did. I took care of sick and dying people for half my life. 9:47 Bigfoot story time: I went to SIU Carbondale! I worked in Makanda. It’s the cutest hippie village ever. Side note: Bring cash and enjoy the Giant City tourism there. I can’t recommend going there enough. It’s not as well known as going further south but it is one of the most breathtakingly naturally beautiful parts of the country and I am a veteran so I travelled a LOT. I was a photography student and for a project I wanted to get the first light of dawn looking over the hills off the cliff at a place called Garden of the Gods (the one in Illinois, not Tennessee). The whole Shawnee forest covers the southern part of the state so the drive is at least an hour away. You see, I had bought something called a Diffraction Grating sheet which basically makes rainbows bounce off all light and I wanted to photograph this beautiful place covered in rainbow sunbeams. I set several alarms and packed the car the night before and was off at 0400 or 4am. I get all the way out there and park just as the trail is being illuminated by the pre-dawn light. There are no cars in a place that has rows of stalls for probably dozens of cars (or that’s how I remember it). I grab my gear and head out on the trail. I can’t tell you how at home I feel out in the woods. It’s the smell of nature and the feel of the air in my lungs. It’s the soft landing of my feet of dirt. It’s how the light dances through the trees in the breeze. These woods are covered in some of the coolest rock formations you’ve ever seen because it used to be an ocean over that whole area and the geological formations are unique enough that SIU has a lot of Geologists who come there to study. It looks like the sedimentary layers swirled around and created patterns and dips and curves. I get lulled into feeling like I’m home out there. I must have thousands of photographs. So I make it out the cliffs and if you look up the park you’ll see the cliffs. They aren’t far from the parking lot. It says 1/4th of a mile (looking it up that’s 0.402 kilometers). The website doesn’t do that view justice. I get my camera out with all the gear and set it up how I want it. And there was a moment of sheer panic because it actually started sprinkling. I have a rain cover for the camera but I didn’t want to miss that shot. That was when I had an almost spiritual moment out in the wilderness. I breathed, calmed down, and closed my eyes. So I’m sitting on this cliff all alone in the woods meditating. I’m letting the morning rain baptize me and I don’t even care any more about this whole assignment or any of it. I’m just loving life. And that is the moment I felt the sprinkles subside and the heat of the sun warm me. How cool is that?! I got the perfect photos! So, I’m feeling good and the trail doesn’t actually end at the cliffs so I keep going. If it were up to me I’d just go out there all day every day but it’s about 8 hour drive away now. That’s when things got weird. I don’t know how much farther away I got so let’s say maybe half a mile? I was bending over the photograph the tiniest mushroom poking its head out of some moss. That’s when the whole forest just stopped. There were no birds, no crickets, no calls from animals in the distance, no squirrels chittering. Nothing. It was just me and the wind. When I tell you, every single hair on my body was standing on end, I’m not exaggerating. My eyes were straining to tell the difference between the trees and anything in them. At the same time I saw nothing but saw monsters everywhere. My imagination was just kicked directly into high gear. My first thought is there is a predator nearby. Given its area in the county I was imagining a cougar maybe. I grabbed my bear mace out of my pocket and started listening. There was nothing moving. Cougars are silent. So I started walking backwards. A predator doesn’t turn around and run so I moseyed my shaking ass to my car. It wasn’t far but the trail is along cliffs and I walked the whole way back to the parking lot backwards. And whatever that thing was stalked me the whole time. I know this because all the animals kept going deafeningly silent as I walked on by. I didn’t even make a stop in the restroom. I got to my car and sped out of there. When I got home I shared the story. See, my family moved nearby years ago as my Dad is originally from the area. But I had lived most of my life near Chicago and joined the military before they ever relocated so I didn’t know much about any of the lore there but they did. They swear up and down to this day that I ran into Bigfoot. I don’t know if that’s what it was or not but it sure was scary as hell.

Executive Order: Governor DeWine signed Executive Order 2024-04D, directing all state departments and agencies to be ready and prepared for the eclipse. My grandfather was a Hard Shell Baptist minister and he had been sick and hadn’t worked almost all week and when he went back he was late and walked n by himself. He said his buddy acted funny all night not talking much and disappearing quite a bit and said right before quitting time he wondered off again, papaw said when he got outside he asked if anyone had seen his buddy and they told him he was killed the night before by a roof fall.🤷🏻‍♂️ j don’t know but papaw never changed his story and granny swore he told her he never understood what happened and he was able to work with the dead man all night.❤️🙏

My parents both saw my older brother in our home after his death and my sister and I both had the exact dream over and over of seeing/hearing the car accident the night he died. Our new home was haunted and multiple witnesses saw a mean looking floating, glowing, reddish head with huge eyes in there. Lots of things happened there. The "smoke ring" going forward is SpaceX's Falcon 9 booster section during it's "boost back" burn. After stage separation the upper stage (which contains the satellites) continues into space. The lower section or booster performs a flip maneuverer and then reignites it's engines (which are now pointing into the direction of travel) in order to slow the booster down so it can make a powered descent and landing either back on land or back on a drone ship/barge which is waiting out in the ocean.

Yep exactly. They use historical data to create forecasts many months advance in order to aid enthusiasts in their planning. I’ve done exactly this for the last couple eclipses. My Dad grew up in a little town in the Allegheny Forest in Pennsylvania. He said there were very strange things he saw in the trees all the time. He said there were balls of light that darted and danced throughout the trees all the time. There was a large house in that town, Tidioute (was the name of the town), that was hugely haunted. He said it was abandoned for many years, but you could hear babies crying from within it and people talking all the time. The Allegheny Forest would probably be a super-hot spot for paranormal and UFO activity since it used to be inhabited by quite a few tribes of Native Americans before the settlers occupied Pennsylvania.

Ben, the National Guard is an asset of the state's governor and is only used in the event of a catastrophe or an expected one. Before that, each township, county region, and state have pre-established Emergency Management Assistance Compacts (EMACs) to leverage neighboring assets to help each other during an emergency event. Activating the National Guard is usually a last resort or if it's knowing an event will exceed the capabilities of everyone in the EMAC. This is why I believe this is suspect. We live about 20 mins from carbondale. The area is also called "little egypt" and supposedly the giant city park is named that because carbondale was a "giant city" of its time. Makanda is basically the butthole of giant city park. ALSO giant city park is awesome. Insane hiking. Gorgeous waterways. They also have major feasts at the buffet there on sundays. She conveniently boogered up the name of shawnee National Forest. It's literally shawn-E (just like the indians) There are not too many bigfoot or sasquach sightings around here. The big muddy monster, however, is more prevalent in this area, especially in Murphysboro IL (which is a stones throw from carbondale) get @ me with questions about this area. I live in one of the towns where the totality is going to happen, and it's happening in Texas. Our town is already at 4 times the capacity in hotels alone not including air BnBs or people literally renting their yards out for people to camp in. The big issue I have with all these theories, is while the path may be crossing other states, the totality is going to happen in Texas, not in some park up north somewhere. Also our city has already decleared an emergency and we have been warned to not go to any major events because of the recent attacks that happened in Russia and people are worried that some terror group may target large crowds during the event and has warned people to stay home as they increase the police force to handle anything that may happen.

This post raises such a great point. Anything the public has, so has the military. Spacex is not the only agency that can land a thruster back on a launch pad. As the thrusting stage is returing from space it must be reoriented to aim its rockets towards the Earth. This means that when the rocket thruster gets re-fired it must be aiming ahead of the thruster in the direction of freefall. When it fires, it often produces a ring of smoke if everything goes properly. Since the speed of freefall gets reduced so rapidly, the ring moves further forward in the direction of travel than does the thruster itself. This is why the ring appears to be moving much faster ahead. It is. In a few years, these fiery events will be replaced by other, more exotic, propulsion strategies . They'll be much less exciting , but will be far safer and faster.

Hi Ben, so I’m in the US, more specifically, Austin, Texas, and will be one of the first major cities in the path of totality, just after cities in Mexico experience totality. Yes, solar eclipses happen often around the world, but it’s a big deal because many major cities and small towns will not be in the path of totality for hundreds of years again….central Texas will not have totality again until the year 2343. That being said, many many many people are or have traveled to Austin to experience the totality on Monday. Hence why our Austin mayor and the Texas governor has the National Guard on full duty in Austin and Dallas. There will be massive traffic, stupid people pulling onto the side of the highway, possible traffic obstructions not allowing emergency vehicles to get through, etc. We are all pretty excited here, especially the kids (mine is 8 years old), because this is literally a once in a lifetime experience our magnificent and vast universe is showing us. It will be an experience based on science and all that we know about our solar system. There is not a fictional book written hundreds of years ago predicting this solar eclipse and 3 towns out of thousands found randomly named to link this event to anything other than how our solar system works. Now, I do believe in the paranormal and aliens and UFOs and could see how this event could cause some increase in activity. It will definitely be interesting what people see and capture on video! I’ll definitely be on the look out for a video from you about any spooky or visitors from space after the event happens!! 💙

Don't be overly conCERNed , in no way wil a particle acceleromorator be anything to get worried about. It is a very complex machine to be sure, but it does not do anything that cannot be shut down cold in a very tiny, minute fraction of a billionth of a second. "But it's such high energy," you say with worry. Indeed, this is true. Just bear in mind that on a very microscopic scale of particle manipulation, measurement of any of the energy being applied would be regarded as high. And yes, if you could place your hand in the path of the particles being accelerated, you could be injured, but this is not the sort of energy level that could cause the SWiss Alps to become a seaside resort....or allow Cylons to come screaming in through some accidental portal. I am actually in Kaufman county in Texas. The eclipse goes right through here. Both the county and Texas has announced the closure of roads & highways so no weight baring vehicles are allowed the entire day of the eclipse from 12 midnight to 12 midnight the next day. All schools have been closed and some businesses. Hotels are into the thousands of dollars for one night for it. I am actually right by a military WW2 ballistic missile silos are, multiple, underground. Major storms are conveniently split around us on a regular basis which I believe is somehow bc of the silos. They have forecasted that over 200K people are coming here for the Eclipse. It's kind of a small city,large town kind of area. It's going to be interesting.

There were no ballistic missile siloses in US during WWII. Only Germans had ballistic missiles, V-2. Anyway if there are only underground ICBM silos then dunno why these silos are protected by HAARP or whatever weather control stuff. I mean that rockets and silos dont have to be protected, cause ICBM's are launched from underground, and when they're leaving the silo then weather is not going to affect an ICBM. So it might be a coincidence or you have something else under vour county's ground.

@@papaversomniferum2365 I'm sure it could be a number of reasons. We have the silos, a flight school, the British kamikaze cemetery, and a National Guard station here to just name a few possibilities for it. I only know what I was taught by the historical flying school museum here.

IT is a characteristic of their propulsion. THE same aspect of propulsion has a direct effect on photons, the individual "particles" of light. This is why any machine using this technology appears slightly blurred when photographed. Some visiting civilizarions do not concern themselves with stealth because they know with a very high degree of certainty that there is nothing here that can possibly threaten them. It is a complete non-issue.

Total solar eclipses are rare. USA will have had 2 within 7 years, which criss-cross. Hmmm, a huge spiritual marker X marks the spot.

Remember dude my email to you is practically me saying don't let anything get into your head too much. The feeling that you are having is practically the anticipation of the alignment of the eclipse. i had that same feeling earlier here on the beach, so we never know something may happen a HUGE UFO MIGHT appear. Just make sure the anticipation is lead correctly all the time my friend Casper! i am a huge new fan of yours and as i was getting introduced to you i lost my uncle so i am kind of bound by being amazed by the UFO'S AND ALIENS. i have never seen any videos anywhere else .
