Pumpkins are a winter squash, like butternutt or spagetti squash. Winter squashes have the ability to be cured which means can stay fresh for many months! ~the more you know~ It is a very cute pattern though. I would love to have these heart pillows and give them as a gift but I agree that it would probably end up too monotonous and I would not be able to finish more than one before Valentines haha
