@@ArgoSocial if am a model and an actor do i need to submit my portfolio at the embassy as a prove of employment or I just need copies as in print it out to the embassy? And when filling the DS-160 form and I get to the employment which category model and actor fits in.

I recently applied for a B2 tourist visa and had my interview today. During the interview, I was informed that my visa was approved, and I even received a receipt confirming the approval, they also kept my passport for the visa(they have it right now). However, 6-7 hours later, I received an email stating that my visa was rejected under Section 214(b). I am completely confused about what happened. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?

One month is a lot for your first visit. Plus you have family there, they definitely thought you would not come back to your home country

hii actually back in 2018 my father applied for b1 b2 visa on my behalf but we got rejected and my father mentioned one of his relative in ds -160 but unfortunately that relative has passed away in 2021 and so what should i fill in my new ds160 if i want to apply for an f1 visa by myself?
