Great idea I am in! My boys and wife all do Taekwondo together! I started day one today with cutting out the snacks and sparring with the boys!! I don’t drink alcohol so I got step 5 done!!!! How do you keep motivated when it’s so cold outside?

I love watching your videos. I wish I was still physically ready for a fight but age is creeping in. That’s why I carry a firearm. It’s my equalizer.

I’ve lost 144.9 in 2021 /2022 but still got 35 to go. 393.6 to 247.9 Need to get in better muscular shape. With Intermittent fasting is great if anybody wants to know what that is glad to answer any questions

@@TheCommonPatriot It’s a big change for me always been a fat tall guy my entire life so when people say you look so skinny it’s hard to believe them because I still believe I’m still fat but I believe I wouldn’t of lost the weight if it wasn’t for God helping me the entire way. ! But life is a journey that’s what my channel is about (: 👊🏻

@@adman432 so step 1 establishing what your calorie intake is in the first place And know however big that number is be honest with yourself weigh out with a Food scale look at calorie counts on the back if there is any and look up on the Internet net what the serving size is Cut your daily calorie count at first 500 cals so it won’t be so hard because doing more than that you want to eat food and we won’t want to do that but I was surprisingly sustained most of this but there was my days that I wanted to eat and I love food. So start at 500 Cal for 3 months 2 step getting up at least three hours before eating this preps your paternalism 11am and not eating again until at least 6 to preferably 7Pm no snacking in between this is how your body Burns all of its fats in calories it’s. Step 3 and this took some time because I felt tired because I made some mistakes along the way because I didn’t know all this from the beginning I cut my calories 1,500 way to low in the beginning step 4 incorporate some low daily exercise into your routine you choose whatever that is in till you build yourself up I did walking for 30m in the beginning but that was about four or five months after I started but if you can incorporate it now I think it would help quite a bit. Step 5 more and try to look at the labels at the store 45 cal light bread Great choice carb count to taco shells 45cal if you like cheese go fat free can’t taste the difference anymore I love cheese lol just make the alternative make food taste good while losing weight is a good one step 6 when you go out to eat at a restaurant try to pick safe options like grilled chicken baked chicken. Sweet potatoes green beans. Salads but got to be honest not much for those stakes are good if you don’t drizzle them in sauce Fish is really healthy so try to stay with healthy sides remember on special occasions treat yourself but after you lose what you want to lose you can enjoy yourself more does it mean you get off track but you can enjoy your new body I hope that this helps I’m still learning so if I think of anything else I’ll be sure to add it

@@adman432 part 2 1. if you have a craving have little bite of it at your meal time in order to achieve your goal you have to eat just not crazy amounts (: 2 get proper sleep and I would recommend if you can read something before you go to bed like a book so you can Wind down that would be A big help to get you into a deep sleep something relaxing I read the Bible as an example but for you it may be a Book on a cabin in Alaska but you be the better judge 3 try to drink water. And before I lose you I’m not saying this because everybody else says it I do this because it personally helps me And it’s more calories I can eat but like. Fruit drink and soda all natural flavored but trust me you will get used to it . ( but if this helps you at all please let me know i’m all about helping people
