Trout really is the best player I've ever seen in my lifetime. I mean Ohtani is easily the most talented and will probably, deservingly as well, go down as the GOAT, but for now it's still Trout. The man's abilities are next level. Ohtani is honestly the only player comparable to him in the league now. Mookie, Acuna, etc are all truly special players in their own right but they are all still a rung below Ohtani and Trout in the ladder of greatness.
