I am not one of the ladies to whom your video was addressed. But tears roll down my eyes at the precious heart you have, at your sensitivity and concern for others. Your gift is priceless and you are such a blessing to those who need it. I’m truly blown away.

I'm 75 and I only started wearing wigs in January. I now even shave my hair. Hubby and I are hair twins. Denise is great and I love her videos. Everything takes time. Don't give up ladies🇬🇧🏴

To the new wig wearers out there...give yourselves grace. It took me a good year before I found my brand, style, color, way to secure my wig, etc. And what I thought was my 'perfect' changed MANY times. You WILL get there. It involves a lot of trial and error. Keep watching Denise and others for guidance. Grace and patience...you will get there! 3 Yrs & Still Learning

Whenever I comment how great you look in every wig color, style, length…it’s a large part because of your confidence, positive spirit and experience. Thank you for sharing that with us. It certainly is a lonely journey for those of us who have no other friends going through hair loss and have to navigate this world on their own. You have been a huge source of support for me. I am still very new to this journey and full of the stages of grief of losing my hair. You help so many with your channel ❤️ Good luck to your son’s team!!

I really need encouragement. My main concern is that I have bought two wigs and neither one fit me. They were both too small. I’m not sure if I was putting them on wrong or not. I can’t seem to find one in a size large. Also I can’t can’t buy a really expensive one because I am by myself and on social security. I have bad hair loss on top of my head. You are such a pleasure to watch. Always smiling and happy. I want a shoulder length length curly wig. I get much joy watching you model different wigs. Keep up the good work Denise. Love you 😘

I’m going to my daughter’s watch party tonite for the election. She is in the House of Representatives in South Dakota and is running for reelection. I haven’t yet worn my wig in front of other people. Wondering about trying it tonight. 😬 Then I come across this video. You encourage my heart so much. Thank you. ♥️

I just discovered you today and you have changed my life. I’m not kidding! Years ago I tried extremely expensive hair that was glued on. I tried it for a year and it was terrible, such bad scalp irritation. 1 month ago I purchased natural hair, not as expensive as the previous but still a couple thousand so it was a big investment. I’m struggling so badly with getting it to stay on and I wanted to wear a ponytail so badly and I can’t get it to work. I watched hours of your videos today about buzzing your bio hair. My instincts kept telling me to do it even though the people that deal with wigs told me I don’t have to and it won’t make a difference. Everything that you described in your experience seemed to fit me so I just had my appointment an hour ago with my hairstylist who is also my friend and she buzzed my hair off. It feels great to me and when I put the wig back on, it did feel more secure. But what you really did for me was to make me realize that I was going about this the wrong way. I don’t know why I felt I had to buy expensive real hair. I am horrible at fixing hair so I’m not going to be curling it and styling it. I like to do different things though. So in one video when you showed your various wigs, I got so excited. I realized I needed to change the way I was looking at it. I can buy the synthetic wigs and that way I can change my style up and I won’t have to worry about the price. It may seem like such a small thing, but it really made a big impact on me today. It felt like a relief to hear you talk about the same things that I am going through and then to see the different pieces that you wear just made me feel so much better. I can’t thank you enough. I’m now subscribed and going to catch up on your other videos. I also am also going to check out your keto playlist. I need to start taking better care of myself. And you look absolutely beautiful in this video. I can’t thank you enough. I’m sorry this is so long, but I wanted to share this all with you. ☺️

Great chat Denise!!! I'm one of those that struggle and it is very discouraging to watch wig reviews that look great and when I get mine it just looks horrible. The weather in my area is so hot in Spring and Summer that it's really very difficult to feel comfortable with a wig on . I know there has to be others struggling with the same things as I am and for you to encourage everyone like you do means a lot.❤

Girl... You changed my life with this headband wig. Wow. Thank you so much. I thinned it out seriously, cut some length off as well as the band. I'm using a better boho band or just a wider type of plastic headband. Girl... Thank you. You made such a huge difference in my life. You are so positive. Thank you.

Denise, Thank you for your encouragement! The problem is; I have spent $1200 in the past four months on three synthetic wigs of which none of them are okay for me to wear. My problem is that I cannot keep the length and/or top and front from falling in my face. I have misted them with water, used wig wax, finishing spray, a good quality hairspray, and finally set them in magnetic rollers. Yes, we must be patient with this learning process, but how many wigs does one have to spend, or am I not making good choices. I have been sporting a topper, human hair, since 2001, and thought I might try a full wig, however; I feel disillusioned by the industry. Help, I have watched your videos and it seems that unless you are a professional at it. Sincerely, thank you for all the support and encouragement we all need on this journey. Your sister in Christ, Linda

There are lots of videos on how to fix a "face flopper," as they are called. The surest way to do it is to apply heat, from a blow dryer, hot-hair brush, etc. I have been successful in fixing major floppers using these techniques. Again, there are many videos on how to do it. Best wishes and luck to you.

Thank you for such a sweet video. I have been watching you for a while. Your videos are always so helpful. I've been wearing wigs for a little over a year. I am getting ready to watch your videos on buzzing your hair. I hadn't watched them, as i wasn't ready to do that. But now, I'm just about to that point of wanting to do it myself. I'm sure those videos will give good advice and the pros, cons and the emotional aspect. Again thank you for all you do. ❤

I really needed this. I work at a DV shelter as a child advocate and I thought I was fairly unclockable but one of the residents asked if I was wearing a wig and it really took the wind out of my sails. So I’m back to only wearing headband wigs again. I just don’t know what to do anymore.

Thank you for the pep talk. I've been having a very hard time finding anything that looks even close to natural. I have a very small head. 20 inches and many of the wigs i bought looked awful. Even low density was very overwhelming my head. It was ridiculous. It's so frustrating. Not many petite styles out there

Are there any Facebook groups that don't mind you posting pictures even if the wig is not being sold from them? I took a school picture and was so excited that I didn't have to pose a certain way to cover my balding hair and when other people asked what wig I was wearing they told me not to post it because they didn't sell it on their website.

This video was so needed. I tried on my first human hair wig and it was perfect. But now I’m on number two & it is a hot mess! I cut the lace too short, it’s too big for my head. I’m not sure what to do with those combs as I wear a wig cap. Someone help me!!!
@sandyfishgirl20 күн бұрын
I’m no expert BUT 😉 You MIGHT be able to put some ‘scar’ tape on the back of the lace if you’re concerned about the lace fraying. Big wigs are my struggle 🫣 I used adhesive and cinch them in, with Velcro adjusters, sometimes I even overlap them. Combs, almost every review that I’ve seen on caps with combs, they always say you can remove them. And there’s nothing wrong with sticking with the same style, #1 ☺ Get another just like that one 🥰

You look so cute! I just wish there was a better name for them than "wigs", just doesn't have a positive, fun ring and that's a shame
