Trump was the one who started slowly pulling the American troops from Afghanistan, but Biden decided to simply leave as soon as possible no matter what mess was left behind. He knew how to stop media from bending the rules of a conversation and point at some lies hidden in questions. "The question, sir, was what di you want president Zelensky to do about vice president Joe Biden and his son Hunter." To me it seems that he either made it clear that what Zelensky does is none of his buisiness while it is legit or that he said all that he had to say about that subject.
