I am so grateful for this topic today! Thank you! I've been following you for 30 weeks, and I am celebrating with a long fast this week! I have lost 32 pounds! More than losing the weight, I feel healthy and amazing! It works! See you in class in January.. can't wait!

So 2 wks ago i started the sniffles, runny nose and decided to fast all day. Started feeling really great an next day drank ginger, lemon tea with wild greens salad (36 hrs). Waited to eat meat, fats till pm of 3rd day. Funny when its hard to breathe, eating doesnt seem appealing. Taking a walk in sunshine just kicked those bugs out.maybe thats part of a normal seasonal/ annual renewal.

Here is what I do to get the bugs out within a few hours. 1000mg Vit C, Vitamin D3K2 and zinc. I hit it first sign. Repeat one hour and then again at the hour. Again before bed. Many times it’s done by the 3rd dose. It works for me and my kids. Supplements are not drugs.

Have surgery coming up. Eye surgery for macular hole. Would fasting longer help me with preparing for surgery?

I think I answered this during one of our live coaching calls. You will need to follow your drs orders!!! But if it were me. I would totally fast long.
