I am doing meditation 2/3 times a day for about 1 and half month and still it is hard for me to sit for 15 min .can you tell me why

@yael yes walking meditation helps .Nowadays i can't even close my eyes ,i feel weird movement of my eyes and i get aggitated .I am getting worse now after 2 months than after 2 weeks of starting.

@@owezantsi5326 while walking you just concentrate only on walking your steps u can count your steps u can try to listen footsteps or nature sound... it's just about being aware of your thoughts. Just witness your walking be aware of your walking
