I have S1255 and the ration between power consumption and heat generated is 25%. How comes your one have consumed 121 Kwh and generated 19820Kwh? Does that mean there is problem in my settings?

Different systems, different heat losses, different requirements. Each system is completely different and is very rare to have 2 set up the same due to heat losses and end users needs. To get the most out of your system heat pumps work best with long run times and low flow temperatures.
