I set up the grades but the totals are not correct. Why are some of my assignments not being included n the cumulative totals?

If you are using an Publisher LTI Tool with deep links, you will need to assign them to a category for them to show up in the overall grade setup. Another element of an accurate gradebook is grading the items the right way.
