I bought 3 of these. All from different sellers. Turns out the first one I got was fake and was the one I've been using this while time. I didn't realise real cases were meant to have markings on the top of the charging case. The other 2 are definitely real with both having Mi markings at the top but one of the charging cases has a loose hinge and closes very easily. Audio quality wise all 3 sound identical sound wise

If the verification code is genuine and the box is also sealed, it's more likely to be an original pair.

I have Earbud's Basic S Global Version. On Reddit, other users report that there is no serial number. I think this variant no longer has a serial number.

mine has the transparency but not the texture around that edge on 0:16 it also has the code of 0:46 embossing like the fake one on 1:20 but not that thick, but for sure not like the original box looks like original manual looks not like any of those two printing under charging case not as smudged and bold but thinner but also deff not like the original one this is on the mi true tireless earbuds basic, I dont know if they are legit since they show up like Mi True wireless EBs Basic but that is not how my other (fake) pair shows up so if anyone knows if they are legit or not then please tell me

No, Redmi is a branding for "Redmi Airdots" which indeed an original product launched by xiaomi. You'll always find this branding on the charging case. I think you are confusing Redmi airdots with Mi airdots. Redmi airdots and mi airdots are two different product with the same design and functionality the only difference is mi airdots comes with touch control while redmi airdots with buttons.
