@@miguelfraire4633 basically you want to get to bardiche, and how to is one of 3 optimal ways 1: B.A engine, this combo goes as following Normal tour guide special graff make Cherubini then special cir from deck with graff, then you make bardiche and special back the Cherubini from GY 2: Torn scales, normal torn scales then discard to send cloak, banish cloak to add boots, special boots then link into Cherubini, send graff with Cherubini to summon cir from deck, then make bardiche same way as last method 3: Speedroid engine special terrortop add taketomborg special taketomborg make Cherubini to send graff to summon cir make bardiche revive Cherubini

Also I’m just testing rn so I’d like to learn which route to take when I get stopped at a certain point. I know I have options cause I have extenders for daayyyss. Thanks for responding btw.

@@deejayf69 its just that domain doesnt hold as much power than it used to, with every deck having main deck spell removel locking your opponent from using the extra deck isnt that much of a deal anymore. Dont get me wrong the deck still does what it did 4 years ago, but sadly it got just a bit too much powercrept.

I think when people realize traps cant be negated easily they will get a bit more use Also if a new omni negate trap came out that also had the effect, your opponent cannot activate cards in response to this cards activation. That would make it a lot more powerful

They have those already. They are called counter traps. The problem is that all counter traps are inherently negates. If they made counter traps that weren't negates, those would be meta for sure. Like a spell speed 3 Torrential Tribute or Quaking Mirror Force.

Solemn judgement is a win con itself, two solemns to stop crucial plays and make a dragon link player or eldich player say pass turn.

i gotta disagree dude. what traps are being played that aren't either hand traps, counter traps, or in-archetype traps? (i guess you could also add floodgates to this.) none of those count, because they aren't traditional traps. especially hand traps. i dont think i even need to explain why hand traps like impermanence and evenly matched don't count towards "traps being back". counter traps dont really count, because when have counter traps ever left? they've been a consistent part of the meta pretty much always. the solemn brigade has been played ever since they were printed, and certainly ever since they were unlimited. (and floodgates are very much the same way, but they see less consistent play than counter traps.) and in-archetype traps dont count because, duh. of course they dont. the cards are specifically designed to be playable at high levels in those decks. try to play sanguine in anything not playing all the other eldlich cards, and it wont get you very far. you arent "playing traps". you're playing eldlich. and the only trap cards being played in the meta(outside of degenerate stun strategies like anti-meta and mystic mine) that dont fit those categories are... uhhhh... ... ... ... ice dragon's prison? i guess? even that isnt seeing a horrible amount of play. needle ceiling and torrential tribute saw some play at the extravaganza, but i dont think that was because those players thought they were legitimately good. i think it was just a clever meta call that no one saw coming.(like how prank kids won a YCS because no one knew how to play against them. the surprise factor is what made it good.) i dont think those cards will see any competitive success in the coming weeks or months. traps(traditional traps) most certain arent back, and barring some sort of hard reset, they never will be. the game is just too fast. a meta thats slow enough for stuff like lost wind and compulsory evacuation device is basically impossible at this point. (again, outside of dedicated decks like mystic mine, which also requires tons of floodgates to function anyway.)

I don't like this meta deck is Just better, a few people don't even play yugioh because they think their deck is not meta enough, and other don't get ANY fun from the game because everyone uses meta decks, sometimes i wish we Could Just play all we wanted, not banned cards because that would break the game no matter how, but Just play a old anime deck without the Guy in your ear saying: whatta shitty deck, i Just want to play a deck i like, i Just wish a Fun style to play was more known and played
