Do your thing. You make great products and this is an interesting test

To all of the haters….please understand that you are only showing your ignorance. My experience has shown these guys ARE the real deal. I Bought the Area 419 1 piece mount for a lightweight (10lb) 300 Norma and this mount is the only mount that has stopped my ZCO 4-20x from slipping. Tried 7 different sets of rings and let me save you some money….just get the 419 set and go enjoy this great sport.

Hmmm I wonder how other rings would perform.

@@Johnny-jr2lq should we do a test, just like this that shows how the perform against other premium offerings on the market? You know, exactly like this video?
@MTCKIE685 ай бұрын
@area419 You should and you should buy each one so you can show exactly what is what. No edits, in fact, do it live ! I mean, get all of them !

@@area419 I agree, it would be amazing to see a propper comparison done by competent people. Mose "reviews" online, is just a guy that praise his own newest toy. In fact, do a test to see how good they all hold zero after coming off and on, after impacts and a strength test like this one.. include Leupold QPQ, Warne maxima QD, spuhr, MDT and so on Steel vs Aluminium ect.. It would really be the absolute best scope mount video online ever, and even relevant for both shooters, hunters and tactical use. Im subscribed now hoping to see it in near future.

Why was it censored? Thanks

They were censoring out the other brands being tested. They don't want to call out any other brand by name.

Tikka direct mount coming soon????
@area4195 ай бұрын
@@fmt5327 probably not, at very least not soon. We have a great Tikka pic rail though that will allow you to use our (or anyone else’s) mounts

@@area419 😱😭Hate you! …. Jk… you guys make good stuff. Yeah, I know you do but defeats the purpose of the dovetail… if tikka got off their a$$ and made it with 6-7mil built on it would be awesome. But that’s never going to happen… or built in a rail with 6-7mil… never happening either. Oh, well…

If they hold 500 lbs of pressure, that's more than enough for a scope. 🤔 Ridiculous !

@@area419 Seriously if you are shooting something with that much pressure to make the scope move then lap the rings and that's gone. It's my understanding from people who don't want to be named none of these rings are true they all should be laped. A 50 caliber doesn't put that much pressure on the scope to make it move in the rings unless it wasn't installed correctly. Period I think y'all make amazing products but you're extremely overpriced with them. It's getting ridiculous how quickly the new 2A companies are getting very wealthy in a short time. That's Greed plain and simple.

@@MTCKIE68yeah I agree 110% with everything you just said. I have quite a bit of Area 419 reloading equipment for when they were not as well known. Back then there stuff was relatively reasonably priced and of great quality. I can’t really speak to there current quality because I can’t afford to purchase anything from them anymore.

@@Johnny-jr2lq we’ve changed prices once, on very few products, and none by more than about 5%. And that’s since 2016.

@area419 That's a bullshit comment. The markup is at best 80%, so you don't have to raise prices ! Just like everything else is the gun industry.

I've had a scope in a properly torqued, very popular and expensive mount slip on a semi-auto 308 and create a less than enjoyable multi-gun stage. Recoil can be a very sharp force with moderate calibers. Repeated a few thousand or even a few hundred times and it can be consequential.
