3 mins into watching this and I was left wondering how a judge can justify this living in a city where there is so much pain and suffering

Must be such a lonely place to live, for eastlanders like us. High fences, no people in the streets, not even a shoe shiner. I would die of boredom
@Temboz6 жыл бұрын
I whole heartedly agree the place does look nice but I don't think I would have wanted to grow there as a kid, it's too isolated,people don't know each other,barely anybody on the roads or streets..I grew up in Eastlands myself and it was more Vibrant,alive and fun everybody knew everybody else and we had a sense of community and that made life more bearable and enjoyable..wouldn't mind owning property there though but strictly just to rent it out.

The house has all kinds of entertainment, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, big screen TVs, you'll have lots of 'friends' visiting, lots of travel etc I don't think its lonely

@@njengamwaura3257 your right about the USA it's only good for making money and higher learning but the life sucks big time..there is no social life people dont know each other or are too busy to get to know each other and spend time,people also dont know their next door neighbors Kama Kenya everybody seems to mind their business and expecting you to do the same...meeting people or making friends is difficult to down right impossible communication for the most part is only business related and friendship is only restricted to cliques which are generally closed off to outsiders....I know a guy who got tired of the lifestyle in the US took his family and returned back to Kenya for good...cant say I blame him despite all the problems in Kenya, atleast the social life there is better.

sometimes i wonder what happened to kikuyu folk who owned these lands before colonialist came grabbing..they were never compensated..together with karura forest and strip running through present day city park, it was a place for indegenous forests where they harvested traditional medicinal herbs, hence being called muthaiga..as well as forming a forested buffrer zone aganist their anemies, the athi plains maasai..

Good history. Colonization’s main problem was that - creating exclusive communities and keeping the colonized out. In the end after you fought it off, you had to start from scratch. If colonization had been fought off right from the start, our problems would be half solved now.

That's absolutely ridiculous... $1.4 million for an acre of land in Muthaiga. In Calabasas and Malibu California where multi billionaires and millionaires live....the likes of You Tube founder's, Instagram founder's, The Kardashians make home, an acre is less than $500,00. $1.4 million an year ago...adjust to inflation...$1.6 million an acre

@@mercynamikoye9084 What would you prefer? And btw, most of the staff in houses in these places have SQs that are quite genuinely more comfortable than the ramshackles in the slums so, I would actually say the residents are putting quite a good effort.
