It bogs and runs lean when the clutch engages, but when the rpms catch up after the clutch is fully engaged, it doesn’t want to stop. I swapped on a 813 had laying around, but it did the exact same thing. I cut the diaphragm lever spring in the 990 and it still was bogging. I also broke the clutch spring. I think cutting the spring more and/or having a clutch that engages at a high rpm would help. I’m open to any advice and ideas.
