The breakfast sausage question was a good one. The links if I'm at a diner but at home I have burger press that I make my pork bangers in. I make them with peppers & spices. They weigh out to about 8 oz. I make about 30 of them at a time & vacuum seal 2 to a pack. 40 minutes at low low heat on the grill. Serve them with pancakes and eggs with some maple syrup from a can.....clean living! Definitely worth the time it takes!

#1: London broil isn't really the cut, it is the way it's prepared and cooked. The cut is from the top and bottom round. #2: my wife was the same as y'alls mom. She had 4 items on her menu, she would NOT DEVIATE. And she'd cook enough to last 4-5 dinners. I do the cooking now. She cooks once or twice a month
