@@antoinebassot6045 I don't know. I think many french people hate Germans, still. Also, this is not an excuse for a European to team up with some random people from other continents. I had some bad experiences with French people during the Euro 2016 though. We were watching the semi final in some garden bar in Spain. There were mostly French people there. In the halftime, they all stood up and started singing the Marseilleise. I found that very unnecessary and offensive, considering it wasn't even a great game football wise for neither of the teams and we were not in France, and the people there were not some drunk tourists like Germans in Mallorca, more like intellectuals.

He was still excited to watch both teams (as shown before the match) and he showed respect for the winner and love for football. We set the European Union as counter model to Nationalism in Europe. That does not mean we are supposed to have a nationalistic European attitude towards other continents. :o) So calm down, it is his decision, respect that!

PLEASE ARGENTINA, play less dirty on the pitch, and people from other countries will be appreciating a lot more. You have passion and talent. Now get a grip on your nerves and you'll be on your way. And apologies for Germany's behavior when they celebrated in Berlin. One just doesn't rub it in. Sportsmanlike behavior would suit them better. It only creates a hostile environment and there's no need for that.
