Argentina's Milei on why he's supporting Donald Trump

Donald Trump ignited a trade war to address imbalances caused by China's control of its currency, Argentine President Javier Milei says in an interview, explaining his admiration for the former US leader. He spoke to John Micklethwait, Bloomberg's editor-in-chief, at the president's executive offices in Buenos Aires.

Trump may have good economic policy but he's a clown in just about every other area (civil liberties, respect of democracy and its institutions, foreign policy...)

@@haarex. the helicopters relied on ruSSian maintenance that due to the sanctions are not feasible. So argentina donated them and in exchange they got a discount in f16 acquisition . Buy what you said about supporting Ukraine also believe that… but then why he invited Orban to his inaugural speech, or why he openly admire Trump, or gave an interview to Tucker C.( who is ruSSian propagandist) or admires Elon Musk (other ruSSian puppet)

@@haarex. the helicopters where not able to be used any more in Argentina due to the lack of ruSSia maintenance. In exchange for the “donation” Argentina got a discount in the purchase of f-16. I also want to believe that Milei support Ukraine. But then why he admires antiUkraine figures like Trump, Musk, Tucker… Why did he invite Orban to his inaugural session? And why in this interview he didn’t reply the question about Trump ruSSian support.
