Thanks Bernard! It has been amazing trying these dishes as they are more Patagonian than other parts of the country. Also lamb is common here. How do you prepare your trout?

@@samuelandaudrey Lamb is the best. I'll be sure to try that in Patagonia. As for the trout, this is how I like to prepare my trout. It's pretty simple, but it tastes really good (plus it's healthy). Take the trout fillet, spice it up first with garlic powder, fresh black pepper and cayenne pepper. Then smother the fillet with fresh dill (completely cover it with herbs). Then bake it in the oven. After you take it out of the oven and serve it, then completely douse it with lemon juice (be generous).

Samuel and Audrey - Travel and Food Videos we slow cook the deer till it is fork tender and we add potatoes and tomato base so it makes a gravy over the deer and potatoes and we onions carrots and salt pepper garlic and let it simmer so everything comes together when done we have it corn bread it's so yummy 😋

Thanks Brendan! We do at this point but it took a while to build up. We used to teach English in South Korea. The best tip I can give is to create multiple income steams. KZbin channels, blogs, freelancing, affiliate sells, projects. It all adds up over time to turn it into a business.
