Got my visa approved last Friday. Alhamdullilah. Questions were simple and my answers were appropriate and truthful. She first asked me 1- whats your purpose of visiting US? (I said family get togetherh 2- where does your sister live in the US? (I gave her state) 3- where have you traveled before? (Told the 2 countries and reason why, saudia for umrah. Maldives for honeymoon) 4- how long will you be staying? (Only 10 days its a very short trip) And few other very simple questions that were mentioned in my DS160. after that she approved my visa and congratulated. Just be truthful and have a straight forward case. If theres nothing fishy, and you’re confidence they’ll give you visa😊

Thank you very much for such an informative video I have a visa interview coming up this week where my husband and I have taken an appointment for j1-j2 visa. We are doctors from India. My husband has got a postdoctoral research fellowship in USA starting mid-May. Our doubt is should I mention my plan of going to US on J2 and apply for EAD so that I can apply for fellowships too? So I have a few questions: 1- If you have a Graduate Assistantship for 4 years of your PhD program, do you still need to provide a personal or sponsor's bank statement to show sufficient funds? 2- If you've made an entry for the US DV Lottery , can the visao officer see this on the system and will this consitute immigrant intent? 3 - If you've been denied a Canadian study permit, is there a way that the US visa officer can see this and will it also affect your F-1 visa application?

In 2013, my B-1 visa application was denied, followed by a denial of my F1 visa application in 2022. I had applied for the F1 visa from the country where I completed my undergraduate degree and was employed at the time. Additionally, my mother currently resides in the US under the "withholding of removal" status, and my brother has faced five rejections for a B-1 visa. Now, I have received admission to one of the top universities in the USA and I am considering reapplying for an F1 visa from my home country. Both of my rejections was under 214(b). Given these circumstances, what are the chances of my visa being approved this time?

on 8 mei , i got denied first because i using english conversation that i lack a lot but im over confident about my background in a business and in the intvw i answer short and didnt give a lot information about who am i to the the officer so i got denied and i think because the officer didnt gets a lot information about me. because i think im already give my information on ds-160 and i just need to give them my certificate to proof it. but i got denied that day . anyway i having gold jewelry shop that my father own 3 store and give me 1 of 3 the store my father had, so i am in the charge right now , even the certificate store is under my name now , but the officer didnt see it or ask my certificate, and i got denied at my first apply ,and i try the next week trying to use my national languange so i apply it again and the officer straight to the point after 2 question she telling me im too fast , and cannot make appointment twice in a month , u should not make appointment twice in a month and sorry i cant approved ur visa today , and u should wait, and i ask her when should i apply it again? maybe next year or after u back form japan , note : because i have japan visa and i planning to japan too , my plan is 2 country within 1 trip go actually because i need transit at japan so my plan is about 3 days in japan and continue to usa for my holiday/trip . so my Q is : should i apply my third visa after going japan right away ? or should i wait another 3 month or next year to back apply my visa ? b1/b2
