Happy I stumbled on your channel, quite informative. My wife traveled to the US last year for vacation plus baby shopping by October, but she had some issues requiring bed rest cause of flight delays and the doctors advised her not to travel so she had to deliver in the US. The baby is also scheduled for hypospadias and chordee surgery. I couldn't travel with her by October cause I had a project I was overseeing so I missed the delivery and naming. She decided to apply for a change of status to F1 to bide the time. I'm applying for an F2 visa so I'll be available for his surgery and then return to my home country because I have a big project for November. What's your advice for my interview.

Thanks for the feedback! Your focus should be on how you will communicate things differently in the interview itself. It's very difficult to know the real reason you got refused without the help of an expert. We wish you luck on your next attempt.

Hi, I'm from Nigeria, I was given a visa in 2014, and I went to give birth with it, and I paid all my fees to zero balance and didn't overstay my time, I travelled again in 2015 for vacation and spent 3 weeks, but in 2016 I applied for a visa and was given but couldn't use it, I used a waiver in 2023 and was told I'm not eligible for an interview waiver, I'm supposed to go for the interview in two weeks, please, what are my chances of approval?

Hello Ben, I have been following your helpful tips on Argo page here. I got refused in 2011 and 2013 for undergraduate degree. In 2013 the consular officer told me my financial support was not convincing but in 2011 no answer was given to me for refusal. I am applying for F1 for a graduate program now. My brother is my sponsor and he is resident, I have traveled to Dubai once but I lost my previous passport. What advice do you have for me.

I wanna thank everyone at Argo 🙌🙌, i wish i had known about your services before i applied and got refused a visa 6 months back. So I wanted to apply again with an I-20 from the same university(NYU) even though i have been accepted to 3 more universities that are much cheaper. I was granted only $6500/year out of the $80,000 total expence. Would this affect my chances because it is too expensive? Eventhough i can show bank statment of my sponsors that can cover the whole sum?

Hello , I applied for expedited F1 visa interview date and i got accepted and set an interview date but now I want to defer my semester to the next entry,,,it is must for me to transfer it,, Can i go to my expedited interview date and have my interview with different I20 date than the previous date that i used to ask the expedited date ?
