It's Civil court and unfortunately it gets substantially more loose inside Civil compared to Federal or Criminal court. However, the ducking and dodging and evading every single answer just shows an intent to deceive and cover up their B.S. This is 100% a reflection of Fani Willis because she is in charge of this person inside of the DA's office umbrella. BUT, this bullshit happens in 95% of the systems out there and again is a reflection of too much government in our country. Our Founders didn't sit around thinking we'd have this 811th circuit court of the Northwestern District of South Fulton County Civil Division. We have so many laws and power bestowed up on these courts that NEVER were intended and clearly now are so muddled that one person can interpret it as they see fit or bene"fit" and that's the B.S. The Trillions of dollars wasted each year and the absolute fact that people without an abundance of cash YET entirely just and right can be ran into the ground, bankrupted, or not able to properly adjudicate their lawful right or outcome is the greatest travesty of our system. And it IS the seed that has been growing that will ultimately be the demise of our democracy and collapse of our economy. It's not about right or wrong, best interest of the parties, and certainly not for restitution of harm to VICTIMS. Tear it down from the Top. 75% of the Federal Government needs wiped out. State governments lead by elected officials in much smaller silos will then be held accountable by it's constituents. From there, State governments will then become targeted for the same levels of wasteful rightsizing and empowerment. And so on to our counties and municipalities/cities. Why do we need County (sheriff), City (chief of police), Constables, and other firms of law enforcement that exists across this country. City mayors and county mayors? City and County School Boards? The list can go on and on with the waste and ultimately the abuse of power and over governance. Kind of the opposite of Taxation without Representation. Change it to Over Representation. For those who have traveled outside just our country and seen others can vouch with the simplicity of law and it's almost biblical elsewhere. Don't commit murder or you'll be executed. Don't steal or you make restitution and serve time. Or how about the good ole Golden Rule, do unto others. If you take a shit in your neighbor's yard or you get wasted and stumble over running your mouth and he beats that ass, he doesn't go to jail. Nobody does, you tote your ass whipping like a man and it's over then and there...Pride, Vanity, Ego...goes back to that loose interpretation of biblical "worshipping false Gods." We just need to go back to basic common damn sense, minding our own business, and as Kindergarten Cop the movie with Schwarzenegger taught us decades ago by a young 4 or 5 year olds line, "Boys have a penis. Girls have a vagina." You do you, I'll do me. I'll raise my kid how I see fit, and you do the same, or don't get pissed off when others have to because you're not involved or doing a half ass job and he gets his ass whipped for running that mouth or harming others or their property. If she was told sorry, I assumed you got all you needed, but since you didn’t, let me send what you need so we can remedy this. It’s HIS responsibility. But she has lots of clients and she files the open records according to their policy, so she assumes she will get what she needs unless told otherwise.
