And she does this at any restaurant or hotel she goes where the service is messed up, rooms not ready, flights delayed, etc., she is always getting meal discounts or hotel discounts. You pay for those services and you should expect to get it. Never feel embarrassed to be treated in a courteous manner. They usually have no issues fixing things. She got comped tickets to see several shows including Blue Man Group, Toni Braxton and some circus show for a room mix-up. Las Vegas hotels are competing for your patronage, so its usually important to them things go right. Call the concierge. That's why his bag got delivered to his new hotel, some concierge at the other hotel was trying to help, the Aria dropped the ball. Perfect timing once again. Time to cast this on the TV.
Wow! They make you wait over two hours while cheating you out of your ability to use the pool and they have the nerve to want 15 bucks for a candy bar! They can keep the view because, that place was definitely not worth the money!

LOL did Aria comp him his hotel because the whole time he basically said it’s overrated and expensive lol.
@SuperPukingRainbows3 жыл бұрын
I never really understood that either, I enjoy his videos but all i got for the first 9 minutes is complaining about time check in not spent in room, the dude spends more time out and about than he does in his hotel room to eat and explore anyways, and if you're willing to spend that much for a room with exclusives then next time just save money and pick a cheaper alternative
@claverhouse13 жыл бұрын
@@SuperPukingRainbows Pay attention, the whole point of him staying there is to create content about the hotel and to review it - bit difficult to do that if he doesn't actually stay there, isn't it?

@@SuperPukingRainbows but its a hotel room review. and its honest. I dont think he planned on how bad this was, regardless if you stay there or not, I dont think anyone spends 20 hours in their hotel room in Vegas, the point is that this was an honest review.

I always recommend doing the "check-in" way earlier in the morning and leaving your bags. They won't give you a key at that time, but will get you to the point that you can pick up a key when the room is ready. They will take your bags to the room when the room is ready (just tip the bell hop). Then while you are waiting for the room to open up, just tour the strip. For most people, they aren't hanging out in their room right when they get there anyways, just dropping the bags and heading out to see the fun. Just my opinion.

Vegas has a shortage of hospitality workers. That's why the room wasn't ready on time. I've seen other hotel room videos and some won't allow you to bring in outside food. They charge you if you use the fridge to store outside food or drinks. Go figure!
