@Trap Rico-san 。 lol, if you haven’t lived in Texas then you have no clue what the Texans mean when they say Texan culture. You’re obviously a lazy traveler who visits places with their mind already made up. “Deserts” LOLOL GTFOH Nyc can be great, but it’s segregated, has fundamentalist culture that is not friendly, and has hubris that isn’t really backed up by anything authentic. All Nyc is is a pricy transaction, a limited amount of space, and an impossible dream. When the transactions stopped during pandemic, most of the smart ones left. As a Czech, I gotta say, the pecan koláč looks very good and pretty close to traditional, as for the non-sweet ones, you wouldn't find that here in Czech Republic :D The closest thing to that for us would be something quiche-like. A whole pie. BTW fun fact, koláč just means pie or cake, also koláče is plural, koláč is singular, so it's pretty funny to hear Americans referring to koláče as singular and koláčes as plural :D That said I'd stuff my mouth with pretty much everything they had there tho

as a european i gotta say i love the branding, and i guess the fact they are only in a couple of states probably is a good thing, this formula probably relies on economy of scale a LOT and it sure beats having a shit ton of locations, but that makes the branding all the more crazy, so much in-house stuff
