If you studied drama and the voice and worked with the voice in a professional setting you will understand how easy it is to damage your vocal cords. Voice actors will change up their pitch and tone to keep their vocal cords warm and less prone to damage. For someone like ariana, whose life is her voice, and because singing in the high pitches she does, it'a normal for her to do this to communicate effectively without hurting her voice. And as the creator of this short said, voice actors will sound different depending on what work theyre doing at the time. Radio djs do this in breaks. They have the radio voice and in the ad breaks they relax and let it the voices rest so they sound different. It's part of taking care of your voice.😊

That's what happens an acting. When learning languages or a way a director wants a character to sound, it's hard to break. We train for months for a movie some people only see once. So yeah, 5 months of speaking spanish is going to give a weird spanglish accent to an english speaker. 😂 Same with Tom and Spider-Man. He's not American but you can tell when he switches because he spoke that way for months and months on several Spider-Man films. He'll switch by accident. It just happens. People just attack Ariana for literally the same thing every other acter and singer don't get called out for. It's a boring routine at the point. This has happened to me. You tend to change when the people around you change and you’re an empathetic person. My speech was very crisp in high school, became more southern in college, and now that I have a boyfriend and teach students who are black, I’m starting to pick up on their mannerisms and speech as well. It happens 🤷♀️ who cares? My clothing style has changed drastically from goth to punk to colorful flowery teacher. I used to want to be a song writer and was very artsy, now I teach science. We all grow and change.
@k.b.3683Ай бұрын

Everyone's voice changes depending on the attitude they're having. I think everyone is hating on her because she didn't have the awkward cringe rebel phase that a lot of young Disney celebs go through. Example: Miley Cyrus is not Hannah Montana, Hannah Montana is just a Disney tv series. And then people say she's a "homewrecker" I don't buy it. I think she might be a little bit of a people pleaser and sometimes has a hard time turning guys down.

On what planet is that a transatlantic accent?!

People said the same sh!t about Austin Butler after the whole Elvis movie. They train for months to talk a certain way, even talk like that in their real life to keep it the same for the movie/roll/persona they're playing. Its really hard to just shut it off. And like she said in that one interview its to keep her voice healthy so she can sing live the way she does.

@@user-sp3sy5zi8iGoogle is free, y’know. Lilly absolutely came forward and spoke about how Ariana wasn’t the reason they broke up, and how she was only angry Ethan hadn’t yet had a chance to tell her he and Ariana were together before she found out through social media. The only thing I noticed is when she was making albums with Victoria Monet she did speak like her a little bit and that’s because I’m assuming that one their best friends and two they were working on an album together so she probably just picked up her way of speaking because she was always around. Depending on your group, it’s very likely that you start to develop their speaking. Mirroring means you’re close to that person. more likely because she was working on wicked and not really a lot of her music. She probably was not constantly being near Victoria so her voice just went back to normal.

YES EXACTLY.. people who are very involved with sound like ariana since she sings, produces, composes, and writes... being influenced by the genres around you is part of being an artist and the voice change thing has happened to gaga and beyonce as well... artists who are able to span multiple genres and EXCEL in them too!!! im not sure why people act like its insanity for someone whose life revolves around sound to be influenced and reflect different types of sounds depending on what they are immersed in... its literally common sense imo but clearly common sense isnt that common in this world
