The amount of emotions that I felt from start to finish to this film were remarkable. I felt The Souls of these characters and that's so rare especially in this day and age. Wicked is a gift and I'm so grateful for these incredible women for giving us to us in the way that they did

I could hear these women speak all day! They are so soft spoken but are very intent and mindful w their words. You can tell they care so much about their work and the work each other is doing and being present for one another and supportive and it’s just beautiful to see it. They’re so delicate w one another and I hope their friendships last a lifetime together!

After just seeing Wicked in IMAX, I can say I completely understand why Cynthia and Ariana have been so emotional in their interviews. The stage production was not only done justice by the film, but it solidified it as a classic. The last 15 minutes of the film are breathtaking and feel like you’re on a roller coaster. Never experienced a film like this before. Incredible 👏

What Cynthia said about girls getting to see this show now at home and at the movies really resonated with me. I don’t know if I will ever be able to go to New York, but getting to see this movie fed my young soul

Watching this brings me to tears. I always dreamed of seeing Idina and Kristen come alive on Broadway. I’ve yet to see the movie but seeing these 4 share such an emotional and intimate moment is like a full circle. Love you Ozians, we’ve been changed for good. 💚💗

I just love love love ariana and this whole cast. Seeing how emotional they get just shows how special this film is to them and how much work and love they poured into their roles. So sweet to see how much Idina and Kristin have supported them as well.

The cameo I didn't know I needed! Lucky enough to have seen it live in theatres twice in Australia, and listen to the original cast album at least once a month. My favourite part of the film!

It is such an honor to see Idina and Kristin pass the broom/wand to Cynthia and Ariana. It’s so great to see their passion and love for their characters, even after having performed them 20 years ago. Wicked means so much to me and a lot of us so seeing the love and joy makes me so happy 🥹🩷💚

they are so incredibly passionate about these roles and know how much of a beautiful story this is. and for someone like Ari who has been obsessed with Wicked/The Wizard of Oz since she was a child, this is a full circle moment for her. she’s wanted this since before the beginning of her career and she put so much on hold to give this role her all. that’s why she’s so emotional. they’re crying cause they are happy and proud of themselves❤.

I only liked a few of her songs before. But as a fellow ‘93 baby I was hoping she would be part of the legacy in some way. And I knew her casting would work. I was a bit nervous about her hitting the high notes initially though.
@munchkin-cj1feАй бұрын
understandable. I personally never doubted her cause she’s so much like Glinda lol and knowing how well she can transform her voice to mimic someone else I had a feeling she would try to talk & sing a little like Kristen Chenoweth, which she did 😅you can tell she worked so hard for the role, now she’s showing us she’s happy & grateful 🩷

I just love this so much. Part of me was nervous to see the movie, because i LOVED the Broadway version so much, i loved Idina Menzel and Kristin Chenowith and how they played the roles and have listened to the sountrack so many times. I was BLOWN AWAY seeing the movie. Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande did such beautiful jobs doing their own versions and with so much passion and so much heart. I also fell in love with their versions. Its hard putting it into words, i was so moved, so invested, and i just fell so in love with this interpretation too. And seeing these women together, showing so much love and respect for each other. I just love all of this so much. So much passion and heart among these 4 women. ❤ Thank you, for 2 amazing experiences, in different formats, and for doing such justice to the source, and giving us a new dimension to love about these characters❤

I was glad they had cameos but how good the cameos are is incredible they steal the scene for a few minutes. Best film I’ve seen this year by a long way. They build each song so well peaking each but with defying gravity they start higher than the rest and build it even better incredible talent on display
