Easeness and technique are linked and were overall for Mariah. Keep in mind Ariana is raising her larynx most of the time, which reveals she struggles to hit the note properly (although she sounds kind of "nice" with a raised larynx). Christina is not powerful. You see, when a singer hits a note properly, you have the fundamental tone and many overtones come with it, we call this "resonance" or a "pleasant" sound. Doesn't matter if the sound is very loud, it will sound pleaseant. If you hit the note straining, then you will produce the fundamental tone and not overtones but "noise" (created by tensions in the vocal tract), this noise makes the sound slightly unpleasant and create an illusion of "loudness" unless you are used to it. Christina is straining, not being powerful. Celine is the most powerful on the starting notes of the fifth octave, while Mariah is the most powerful on the mid octave. I agree Mariah has the most likeable tone.

The one on in early 2020 her voice was off but on the right road and the hero she did a couple of months ago sounds much better.

Celine's belts never get throaty anymore. If you're only looking at her belts from the 1990s, then they do get throaty beyond E5. From around 2007, she started belting with a head-dominant mix and her belts never get throaty anymore, even when she does extremely high belts like Bb5. She's gotten way better at high belts as she aged. She's been belting ridiculous notes (G5 G#5 and A5) in Tous les blues sont ecrits pour toi every night on her current tour and they're amazing. I think someone made a compilation of all of the best belts from that song recently.

Has not been listed in 2019 in the top 10 grossing artist. Not even last year or the year before, etc. Unable to sellout her Las Vegas residencies for the past years nor able to command higher seat sales than other artists there. Her setlists are short and she uses backup dancers and singers to carry the notes for her. She's a studio artist. Look that up. She could not do one take with Whitney Houston as she had to tweak her parts in the studio first lmao The Queen of Whislte Registar is Minnie Ripperton. Her whistle was connected which is a huge plus in accessing and maintaining her whistle for very long periods of time. Including talking and singing a whole song in that register. 1. Mariah- Most resonance and consistency throughout the entire belting range. 2. Very, VERY close- Celine- Most power 3. Ariana- good amount of ease, but lacks resonance and power. 4 Christina- Brings a more bluesy feel, but lacks technique and strains through most belts above B4. Overall I think that Mariah and Celine definitely won this. Their techniques are great. Don't hate me, but I think Christina and Ariana are somewhat overrated. Christina, though an interesting singer, loses tone, power, and resonance through most of the belting range and often compensates with oversinging. However, she does sound great when she doesn't apply intentional growls, strain, and when she doesn't apply a false deeper tone. Ariana is a good overall singer, and definitely has the most ease in the upper range out of all of these singers, but her technique is pretty shaky. She loses support above E5, leading to a throaty, pinched sound on many of her upper belts. (though again her ease is impressive) Her voice lacks resonance and power as a whole, especially in lows and midbelts. However, when she does support and doesn't deepen her tone, she sounds great as well. She can definitely grow, but needs to learn to support more, especially since she utilizes her upper register so much.

Summer In Venus Mariah can’t sing anymore. Her voice is damaged by years of belting etc. Celine hasten care of her voice. Yes playback is there sometimes at the end. She was doing 5 shows a week in Las Vegas. She was smart to save her voice. She still sings live at 50. Her concerts are amazing. She signals to the sound crew when she is ok to stay live. Okay Fidan Christina was never a soprano even in this clip it was obvious that her phrasing/sustaining limit was around D5/Eb5 area which were most Mezzo's phrase and sustain while Soprano's Like Mariah/Ariana and Celine were clearly very comfortable sustaining and phrasing around the F5/F#5 area which what a Soprano should be able to do.

Zeinab QUEEN I know I wan't speaking technically tho. Because if we were to speak about technique then there will be one winner and that is Mariah on every note Celine's technique is very mediocre she strains allot and so is Ariana;s. And Christina;s technique is horrendous there is nothing good abour what so ever. So I didn't judge based on technique I just judged based on the voices and the way the notes was executed and if it fit the melody.
