Unlike a lot of other people, I don't see Nick as the wanna be tough guy. He just has the constant problem of acting on pure blind emotion rather then simple logic. He simply shows how he feels......all the time. To the point where it starts to become a fault. If he's pissed, he won't hide it at all. It's usually not a good thing for him, as it will usually get him in trouble. However, at least he's honest and doesn't try to pretend to be somebody he's not.

Yeah I know Nick, I train in the same Cesar Gracie gym, in the only few occasions I've seen him, he is quite nice. I think it's just his emotions that take over when something easily angers him. He's not a thug or gangster in reality.

Nick is a great fighter and has reason to be upset or have a chip on his shoulder, the dude works hard in triathlons and all aspects of mma and just wants to be paid some. I am glad that the raw Vegan diet is working so well, I know Mike Tyson, Jake Shields, Fitch and many more athletes natural body builders, olympians and athletes (tony gonzalez, ricky williams, desmond howard) are veg, look up video and factory farm footage too.

For one, of course someone let Miller up there. Second, you can clearly see that he is waiting on the side to speak (like they often do to hype up rematches), and Shields acknowledges him, so he moves in close to speak into the mic and be on camera. At very most, his actions could be considered rude. Melendez shoves him first, and Shields can be seen hitting him on the side of the head. ALL of them should receive assault charges. You can see Nick Diaz repeatedly hitting him in the spine.

You can see about 26 seconds in, it was one of his own teammates that hits him! Maybe he should watch the footage again.
