Hill run krne se strength endurance badta hai lekin agar over trening krenge to apko iska nuksan ho sakta hai krna kitna hai jitna ham recovered ho sake kitna krna chahiye to app hill run time se bhi kar sakte hai 15/20 minutes thoda or kar sakte hai to 20/25 minutes 👍

Bhai me jyada speed lene ke chakar me tack off lena bhul jata hu or koi bar hight nahi milti to kya karu jab slow ata hu tab hight milti hai to jump 15feet nahi jota 14.5 jitna hota hai plz help kiyiye mera 4 din bad physical hai mera gujarat forest me🙏🙏
