I find it interesting that we speak of enemies on the outside when I'm pretty sure its about the enemies we carry from within. Could it be that the higher mind defeats the enemies or the thoughts we carry about others, the stories of us and them. Is there an "us and them" when it is said that our lord is ONE and undivided? So we rise in awareness or consciousness until our own enemies fall. Does god take sides? Does the universe have sides or is it a container for all? hmmmmm
