Both of the fights are easy, but only if you're a tank. Otherwise dodging all the attacks while still killing them fast is a very frustrating thing. I remember failing the four kings a handful of times until my friend told me to go tanky... won the fight first try that time lol

Bring a divine weapon to use on Nito's skeletons and have a high damage output for the Four Kings. Heavy armor is definitely King in this game. Ornstein and Smough is the only bossfight where it isn't viable.

cronnoponno Easiest way of killing Nito (that I know of and I have never died to him) is to just stand right under him because his attacks wont be able to hit you, dont bother killing the skeletons or moving deeper into the cave. Wait for him to come to you just dont stand exactly where you drop down. When he uses his aoe magic attack just move back and hold up your shield and all the skeletons will die, then repeat. For the 4 kings as many people has said just go full havel and beast it, easier with a str weapon that has a lot of damage output.

Ventus S Crap. I've already retrieved the Lordvessel and was about to fight the Four Kings. Actually, you can skip going to kill Sif. The Covenant of Artorias, as a ring, is still in your inventory in NG+: therefore, as soon as you get to the Firelink Shrine from the Northern Undead Asylum, you can go directly down into New Londo and fight the Four Kings.

"How am I supposed to know this?" Indeed, anyone who is playing Dark Souls and decided to go for the quest story rather than get sidetracked could not possible know that you would need to defeat Sif in order to jump into the Abyss. This is not the only time in Dark Souls where you got no bloody idea of what to do and no indication of where to go. If you would not look up anything on a wiki nor have any help of orange soap stones you'd be boned. This is artificial difficulty, it's a puzzle with no clue how to solve it. I was fortunate enough to have killed Sif as soon as I got access to Artorias tomb on my first playthrough but others may not have been so lucky and ended up banging their heads against the wall jumping down the abyss dying losing all their progress, souls and humanity.

+Yoriko Arran One thing to note is that the first blacksmith, whom you simply can't miss, has an item in his inventory which costs an obscene amount of souls and which does explain in its' description that it leads to the grave of Artorias the Abysswalker. Moreover if you talk to Ingward the Sealer after you've opened the Seal (I think, can't remember as it's a bit long time ago) he mentions that you should seek out Artorias, for he was known to have possessed the art of traversing the Abyss. By blind exploration -- which is basically the running theme of Dark Souls as a whole -- you can find those things.

Eh... not as great as the previous ones. Feels like he focused more on getting this out than making a quality video. Yes, I am aware that these take a lot of effort to make, and I appreciate that. But the quality of the humour has gone down. Like, Sif jumps a lot. It's only addressed with "hey, stop jumping." Most people ignore the Darkwraiths but there has to be more than a ten second clip of a Darkwraith following him and asking him to stop. Putting elevator music on the New London lift would be funny but it's not really creative I did like the bit where he questioned how New Londo is a ruin when the old one is still standing though.
