Hey Arin! Hope you read this, I enjoy all you do and have put out, and a few of the recent comments have mentioned quality drops and this amazing series being rushed but I've gone back through all five and just kinda analyzed things to really and truly for some series wide opinions, and here they are The "drop" in quality I think has actually become a thought crossing many people's minds due to the added saturation and color, the animation overall has actually increased by leaps and bounds!!!!! So anyone who states otherwise is simply just enjoying the memories of the first few and have remembered them as way better technically speaking simply due to embellished memories As for the enjoyment factor and the series as a whole, I originally watched this one and thought the same, "Wow, this series is just being rushed and gone down hill" but after review of each episode it turns out that standpoint has come about mostly due to embellished memories of the beloved first few episodes, this series makes its mark by exploiting and showing off the quirks and ironic things that make the first dark souls, dark souls, and these ironic and derpy experiences are what many of us have shared and what tie us to this series, and each episode has done that fairly well, keeping the jokes consistent with this series' constant standpoint, so before you make any remarks go back and watch the other episodes, it has only gotten better and Arin has done a great job, actually I'm going to sign up for his patron now lol, ARIN!!!!! Thank you for this wonderful series!!!!!!!! It has only gotten better and I can't wait to watch the series in full when it's done!!!!!

I know this comes late and I don't see any of the comments you are referring to, but I believe when people mean that the animation isn't so good anymore they actually mean the details of the characters and the background. I mean, the backgrounds and details were never that much better, but you see the difference. Now I know, that fewer details are easier to animate so I understand the change in design, the problem is, that the first thing people see are the fewer details and therefore think, that he didn't put that much work into it. I still like the series, but I also think, that the animation got better, but the rest became worse. For example, I think that the jokes and the references were far better in the first and second one. But that doesn't mean, that I don't appreciate the work, but a creator should be able to take critic and therefore comments like "Jesus even at that how about some of you go and learn to animate and achieve a channel with over 50000 subscribers" don't help at all. To criticize a product you don't have to actually make one yourself, otherwise most of the movie reviewers or game revierws wouldn't have their job. If you see someone that didn't understand that the animation got better and only the details got worse then say it normally. Why do all people on the internet have to be mad all the time? It doesn't help anyone.

Dark Vader Been there, done that. Now this discussion lost its relevance, at the time in which the video was uploaded I was super into Dark Sauce again, like, I was rewatching constantly. So when I found that Arin released a new one, I was stoked, and I watched the video and said "Already? Look at the timer, c'mon, there's gotta be a surprise clip for those that stuck through", there wasn't. So I admit I took it with a grain of salt, but looking back and mentioning a coment that I read, there really isn't much to talk about Nito's lair, it's hella dark, full of skeletons, bonewheels, a surprise Black knight just to fuck your day, and falls.... I enjoyed this episode, but it is different. At first this seemed like a series that should you what darksouls was like and how a person would react to playing it. How some of the bosses are just cheap shots at a player and how hard it was. Now you are creating your own, like, plots within sections of the game and giving more personality to enemies or bosses. Now for people saying the animation is bad, it may just be that more of the time the background is plain black. Not much detail to it. Although I think that is due to being where you are its just really dark lol. I wish you used more background music from darksouls, otherwise i enjoyed this.

+Kai Smart It doesn't take a full year to animate these, it all depends on how much time the creator has and how much motivation he has in his project. I mean look at how the date jump around and how close 2 and 3 are in release dates. Not saying it's easy to animate, but what I am saying is you're full of shit because it does not take a full year to create a short animation like this. Again it's all dependent on the creator's real life factors interfering with his or her time on their hobby (animation). To be honest a animated like this could take not really even 2 weeks to make, but that's not including the voices and such. So maybe about 2 weeks to a month? Then again it's really short too maybe less? But anyway this shouldn't take longer than about 3 weeks at best including all the voices and sound effects and music. He's just a slow uploader and or he has no motivation on working on this
