Allstillwell They're just gimmicks. Custom items with extra attacks were in Tag2 as well. They catch people off gaurd because they don't know what to expect but the extra attacks usually have a ton of start-up frames to balance them out.

Tai Guys Aside from hopkick, he is pretty situational. I play him as a secondary together with Raven. He is not the safest on block and his lows mediocre. Also to get good damage with him you need to set up your starburst and the execution for good combos are not exactly the easiest. He is not bad, he just takes... time to master. His Rage Drive is lame too(very rarely do I find it useful as wall carry). But as long as you can manage his starburst well he can be fun.
