If they are thinking on ethnics lines,that is the more reasons local government should be autonomous and have bylaws to develop themselves. If all the local governments are active and developing, nobody will complain or desire a state.lf you break warri away from delta state,they would only be creating more problems for the state than solutions..A lot of the governor are just lazy,oil money is the easiest money the governors don't have to do anything.Whereas,if they are to depend on internally generated revenue,that means they would have to put in some work.😅 don't think Nigeria should add populations to vat allocation instead,population should be replaced by development. Nigeria is already overpopulated,government should should stop encouraging population through the vat system but rather development.States that are developing should get 10 percent from vat more than a state without visible progress on ground.
