It is not evil lol, jk I know what you mean but....evil sucks, it creates wars and suffering. It is edgy trying to be evil and pretentious stuff like that. I was like that when I was a teenager and thought the evil & the devil/satan was cool but I was just being a edgy teen lol. I love metal but metal is too intelligent to be so closeminded and to focus on being satanic devil worshipping (which is basically religion, I thought metal was critical towards organized religion?)/evil/etc. Many metalheads are mature people and expect bands to be aswell. Some bands have very intelligent lyrics, for example dark tranquility and epica.
