You cannot anonymously have CPS do a welfare check. I tried! My neighbor was nodding out on heroin and hooking with her newborn son and her 7 yr old daughter present. I called numerous times and CPS wanted my name. I told them I would then be in jeopardy as these people were some gangsters! Two months after my last attempt to get help for those kids, there was a shooting. Tulsa's 44th homicide happened in this woman's front yard! A gun/drug deal gone bad. Another incident was my late friend's adult son threatened my life graphically on Facebook. When I called his psychiatrist to ask her to call him in for a chat, she went and called him at work to tell on ME! I was nearly killed when he came home and exploded on me. This is why folks seem to not help. They try, but the authorities drop the ball.
