Thanks, for some reason I've always struggled with such scenes - despite loving Arizona and the other desert areas on the US. It's nothing complicated as you've showed now you've given me more confidence too. Best, Pete.

Perfect! I live in Southwest Utah and I am surrounded by the most beautiful red and orange cliffs and mountains, as well as the multicolor lava flows. These are all within a few minutes driving time of my home (images on Google will better explain the exceptional range of colors and textures of these geological marvels). I've been wondering now for days, exactly what colors I should be using to capture these forms in acrylics.

Thanks. I am planning out a Watercolor to try and do for my home from the Texas landscape where I live, and I am learning watercolors. I normally draw and found this very useful. Thanks a lot :)

Watched many of your videos and love your presentations. Incidentally Monument Valley is in Utah - right on the Arizona border by 5 yards! Just so you know😀

¡Qué valiosa demostración que permite entender la forma de usar el pincel, para lograr la textura de las rocas! Eres un gran maestro ya que aunque no entiendo el idioma aprendo mucho viéndolo pintar. Gracias.

It would have been fun to see you add the cowboys and the cloud of dust...we novices get "finished" with something and, like you just did on the video, have an afterthought of..."wouldn't it be fun if"....thoughts. How would you have handled that? Would you have taken off paint in the area of the riders and dust? Well, anyway, it was nice to see...thank you so much for the effort and time invested for us! Very appreciated!
