Two Wheels Big Life

Күн бұрын

Motorcycle travel on 26-Miles of dirt road winding through the Bradshaw Mountains makes for some mighty fine ADV motorcycle riding adventures, especially when you throw in a ghost town or two along the way. We explore the towns of Bumblebee, Cleator and ultimately Crown King, riding on the exhilarating “Old Crown King Trail” (an old stage coach run). The ride wasn’t for the faint at heart, but we managed alright. Thanks so much for joining us on this journey!

Well I’m the dude in this episode that had the opportunity to ride with Chris, Rich and my beautiful wife! They are a joy to be with and authentic! Now about the accent…I’m imitating Braveheart who is impersonating Shreck who is attempting Mr.Scot from from the original StarTrek! Now do you hear the resemblance 😂☘️🌵? Love ya,TWBL!!

Suddenly I see you driving a truck, both bikes Oh la is in the back and you tow a good size trailer. Oh là la, so good to see you change your lifestyle a much more comfortable and safe. Was told in Asheville that shocks and wiring looms come out of Ukraine, hence supply issues. As this is a safety issue "negotiate" with BMW to get in touch with Ted Porter and supply you with an after market shock. He has ESA models available or may be able to rebuild your original. Stay safe. Hope to see u guys at the Georgia Rally after out move from UK to GA at the end of the month!

Stuff you probably know. Feel around the fork tube for any knicks or sharp edges in the future and buff out with some 600 grit sand paper. You just need to remove any sharpness. If you have air bleeders on those forks be sure to bleed them regularly. Changes in elevation and hard use can cause pressure to build. Also if you do have an air bleeder you can use an eye dropper to add oil in a pinch.

I can't believe y'all stand up on those small foot pegs and. ride a dirt road. That is one dangerous thing to do. I sure hope yall don't have to eat the ground with that trick. If just one foot slips, you will not make a quick recovery, but one bad slam to the ground. JS

Actually Jerry it's much safer, on these types of bikes, your center of gravity is lower and you have more control. on a big HD No just the opposite happens.

I guess having heavy bikes makes it more difficult for you. In many of your past videos you say things like "this should be a four wheel drive road". You are so wrong. All the roads I have seen you drive in Arizona are easy. Not 4wd. I have lived in AZ for 50 years and driven all the roads you have shown In your videos.
