The fact that you are so critical of your physique in a time where almost a third of Americans are overweight or obese is insane to me. I mean "insane" as a compliment and believe that mentality is what keeps you motivated and closer to your goals. I heard a male bodybuilder say on a KZbin channel some years back that judges don't like tattoos and male bodybuilders that don't shave their beards but nowdays there are types of makeup that cover tattoos well i think
