Ami Ganatra is a Computer Science Engineer and IIM Ahmedabad graduate with 15+ years of management experience including Bain & Company. What’s there not to hate about karna apart from his quality of giving away alms. This is kalyug indeed where the whitewashing of karna is done to an extent that let alone being considered as an antihero he is considered a hero who was done wrong. I blame the media and serials like sonyputra. I urge people to read original ved vyasa mahabharat for character judgement instead of propaganda tv serials and movies

Arjuna ne pasupata astra bhul k aukat dikha dii that spot, fie stretened the bow and fixed the arrow to the supreme bow. Pandava noticed how the bow was grasped with the hand and the position. He heard the mantras spoken by Bhava. The one whose valour was unthinkable 61 grasped everything. The immensely energetic lord 62 then released the arrow into the lake. The brave one again flung the bow into the lake. Arjuna, whose memory was good, knew that Bhava was gratified. He remembered the boon he had given him in the forest and how he had beheld Shankara. 63 In his mind, he wished that all this might come true, 64 Knowing what he desired, Bhava happily gave him the boon. He granted him the terrible pashupata and the fulfilment of his pledge. The body hair of the invincible one65 stood up and he thought that his task had been accomplished. Arjuna and Keshava were delighted and praised Maheshvara, with their heads bowed. The brave ones took their leave of Bhava and instantly returned to their own camp. No doubt karn is a great warrior but arjun is arjun .there is no difference between arjun and krishna .arjun is nar bhakt rup of lord narayan . As this the guy who: Practiced/encouraged caste discrimination against Ekalavya, Karna, Uloopi Constantly insulted Karna's parents Helped plan murder of tribal/low caste civilians in Varnavat Lusted over Draupadi along with his brothers Actually murdered tribal civilians in khandava, including a mother with a young child. Left a bunch of baby mamas across the country, and only remembered his offspring when he required canon fodder Stood by when Draupadi insulted his uncle Took part in gambling away his kingdom and wife Stood by while his wife was insulted Stopped Bhima from avenging Draupadi's insult which resulted in unnecessary death Tried to fight an ordinary/poor tribal hunter (who turned out to be Mahadev) over wild boar meat with a divine weapon Let his personal feelings get in the way of his duty Did not bother to pass on essential military knowledge to his sons/brothers which resulted in unnecessary deaths Kept the only other knowledgable member of his army (Krishna) as his charioter, instead of letting Krishna assist Yudhisthira, Bhima, Abhimanyu, etc which resulted in unnecessary deaths Did not take responsibility for Abhimanyu's death and blamed Jayadratha who was just doing his job Did not dare to try and kill those who actually killed Abhmanyu Did not bother to capture Duryodhana who he had at his mercy, and hand him over to Bhima to end the war Let Ghatotkacha and his son die in his place Blamed Yudhithira who was asking for results instead of taking responsibility Did not take responsibilty for reminding Bhima his oath about Duryodhana, when Balrama was about to kill him Stood by while Bhima insulted and harrased Dhritarashtra and Gandhari Did not fight till the death when ordinary bandits kicked his ass and kidnapped Krishna's female members Did not take responsibility or do a search and rescue for them, when they were his responsibilty Did not help Draupadi, Nakula, Sahadeva when they fell down in the mountains
