I think its also reflected in how long it took for them to get a platform to release on. Were it so potentially good, it'd've been snapped up to release much sooner. Likely too the deal to release with paramount came very late. Imo, its just going to be a flash in the pan if that as releasing during this time also reflects it being considered little more than filler content for para.

To region lock a series that took 6 episodes to transform the lore, change dino size, show us helena and mei yin are lesbians, that a cool indian dies and that the Roman gets the Giga instead of mei yin. Priceless decision making around this franchise as usual 👏

Just had a thought. You now how there is talk of the new animated survivor notes that is meanr to be bob telling stories to meeka or whatever her name is. Maybe each of those will be an episode of the animated series? So theyre not releasing it everywhere because it would ruin the surprise of the new game feature. They did say ages ago that they wanted to do something that to their knowledge had never been done before. Im probs just grasping at straws to remain hopeful but . Been looking forward to the animated series for ages.

More likely it will be something akin to how Trion's Defiance spectacularly failed with its "trans-media" cross overs. Also speculation too is that those lore notes are going to be another part of the frontier pack.

I have Paramount Plus and honestly I will be forced and sadly into a method that is not right and I am not even proud of that because I wanted to support the series or maybe I will find a VPN that works and use an IP in the United States In my country the ark series is blocked, I was really gathering friends from the tribe to watch it on discord because I'm the only one with paramount plus. But it is sad that Paramount or those in charge of the series do not care about other countries, I hope that on the 21st all countries will have access, Paramount had paid to see Avatar the Last Airbender, it was a pleasant surprise that Ark went to Paramount. All my Ark friends say that their countries do not have access to the series on Paramount Plus either, it really worries me and that this will affect the series.
