If fantastic creatures was a creature pack that they would be adding new content to with the addition of new maps, then yeah, I wouldn't mind $5 for that, but $5 for the pyromane specifically? Come on, why would I pay for that. I'm all for supporting the creators, but not if you're literally just going to scam me

On console Xbox x the chat box goes in and out for 6 months they still have fixed it. Sucks because sometimes you lose out on server events or trading so on because the chat box will not let you talk it comes randomly on and off it’s my biggest complaint about ASA so far

Yeah when I played asa for the few months I did, the chat bug was terrible. I personally reported it 5+ times. It severely impacts communication

If snail wants to make these new dlcs to make more money, then they could at least put the budget earned from those into fixing the game. After all I’m assuming wildcard doesn’t necessarily want to make the game pay to win as they’ve fought against that in the past. But I wouldn’t mind getting extra paid content if it means budget is actually going into the main game, and not just making more paid content. Plus with the whole remaster thing, the game doesn’t necessarily have to go above and beyond what the original did, but beyond improving graphics, the game could at least have some more changes to existing maps fixing problems beyond the actual map layout. Aberration never really had any problems that I can remember, but maybe some new passages can be added in and around the map in order to allow for new paths of travel between the color zones. Plus Extinction while one of my favorites could use some improvements, in terms of adding more variety to the wastelands, and maybe adding some additional challenges, like maybe there could be roaming mini titans, since the Extinction Wastelands were already built around not encouraging players to build in the open. So perhaps mini titans at about the strength of alpha creatures could spawn around the waste lands to help with grinding, whilst adding some more interest. (Also for Aberration maybe some new uses for gems could be added, and climbing picks should be fixed so they don’t insta kill you like they’ve always done in ASE single player on console.)

Speaking of gems, Wildcard should overall be adding more uses for existing items on each map, as some of the items lack any sort of use outside their primary purpose, so adding more ways to use them could be helpful. Maybe we could get ceramics or some other sort of decoration carved from gems, or perhaps some sort of light source that doesn’t require fuel. Granted no maps other than scorched and aberration introduced a bunch of new resources, so I guess those were the only ones that really needed more uses. But they can still add more uses for them going forward as those resources are accessible in extinction, gen 1, and gen 2

It's coded like the oasisaur from bobs tall tales. It will still spawn even if you dont own the dlc required to tame it. Someone posted how disable the spawn on the steam reviews for the dino dlc.

If they dont fix the meshing completely then its pointless ,, you can build up all you want but 1 person can cheat and take all your hours of work

@@nakomtsuu8433 bro i been playing for yrs 7000+hrs .. and no matter what you do you CAN get meshed, you can get offlined and they can throw c4 or rocket from out of the mesh to blow up the generator no matter how many internals , you obviously dont understand the frustration of being alpha tribe and being mesh raided by jealous cheaters

You can also mesh by just landing on the volcano or a mountain side or even underwater exploring ..lose all your stuff you grinded for .. dont get me wrong i still play but the game wouldnt be dying if people couldnt mesh

The DLC specifically says "Fantastic Tames", that's plural, yet you only get one creature when you buy the thing. Ridiculous.

I agree with you, but the full title is "Fantastic Tames: Pyromane" meaning, Fantastic Tames, is a series of DLCs, of which this is the first one. there will likely be more, single dinos at the same price. totally not worth it IMO. its hard not to call this pay to win. the fact that they did not include this in the season pass thing just astounds and frustrates me.

Bought ASA when it first came out. Played it for like 1 hour and refunded since it was unplayable and never looked back. It’s sad that yet another company is all about cash crab and pay to win. I get it. They need to make money. But when they started with paid mods, paid reskins and paid creatures that’s when they lost me. I am happy in ASE PVE and will probably never get into ASA. But that’s just me. I voted with my wallet.

It is unplayable. I quit when my character was erased after beating manticore. There are so many game breaking bugs in the game. People need to speak with their wallet. I won’t be buying anything from them. I won’t buy ark2 and I’m not watching the dumb cartoon. I will never give this company a single penny again.
