I was playing today and wanted to learn more about the snails. First thing I did was search to see if you had a video about them. I prefer Phlinger tbh he doesn’t pop a bunch of mods and call it vanilla because he “feels” they should be, the actual mechanics aren’t that hard.

The organic poly last 3 times longer on the snail lasts half hour in your characters invertery but last an hour and a half per 1 poly in the snail inventery doesnt spoil as fast as your thinking im sure ;)

Yes, there definitely is. Have to set up food troughs. Oh, but since no one else is playing in your world, time stands still while you're away. So that's what he meant about food not going down while you're off line.

It's sometimes nice not having to leave your base for it though. I moved close to where Phlinger's base is. I am actually on the little peninsula right next to the redwood biome the land that connects to it with a log tunnel and I have been building non-stop and the beaver dam re-spawns haven't been keeping up with me so i like all methods. My best method still is the Swamp cave and a Frog. I don't even need to protect myself from the gas I just run in with my frog and can get around 2k+ cementing paste and run right out before I lose all my health.

Yeah but if you go too far out of render distance for too long, they despawn. I caught 4 acha, flew them back to herb island where I had a pen in the shallows (I've heard they need be near water?) Collected 100+ just from their poop, then went penguin taming... Came back and they ghosted me
