1:11 that blue cloud is basically carcha passive which is the blood rage and killing frenzy and blood rage is stackable upto 99 and you can see the stack count in bottom left side where a dino face and number can be seen

No in asa "ark ascended" there is no griffins but you could install it as a mod called gyphons but if you have mod access fuck griffins why griffins when you could have runic wyverns mod that has wyverns that can literally dive
