Ark Survival Ascended: Extra Large Castle Dino Pen Build (Part 1)

I absolutely hate writing descriptions. If you have ever hung out with me on a Friday you know just how much I over think them. Let me know in the comments if you actually read these!
This build is more than huge, it is gigantic. It took me 8 hours to build in CREATIVE MODE!!! Which was insane. It can be very repetitive and I had to split it up into 2 videos so look out for the chapters that will help you while perusing.
It can be used as a perimeter base build design or a dino pen or breeding and hatchery pen I guess. It has a lot of space so you could split it up for all of your dino needs.
I am not done with this build yet. Next week I will be working on and designing an epic castle to put inside the wall. The new ARK Survival Ascended build system has me really excited to start. I love it. I am so happy for the overhaul and can't wait to learn more tricks.
Disclaimer: Most of my builds are always built with the idea that you may want to follow along in mind, however, they are speed builds at their core and I have been known to change my mind mid build. If you plan to follow along, I suggest watching it through a bit further, first. At least now you can pick pieces up!

Bonza vid Kiit! I love the scale of this build and how well it will work as a dino pen. You always have the best Ark Survival Ascended build guides. I'm not good at building or crafting farms, and I wasn't any good at Ark Survival Evolved either. I just want to create things so I'm glad this has Creative Mode. I would love to watch a speed build of a cliffside house that would have an integrated mezzanine for my upcoming Dreadnoughtus to bring his head up to my balcony once the Extinction DLC comes out.

I have been keeping tabs and I have used around 500k stone and made a few thousand large stone walls. The wall can be 3 large walls to 6 large walls tall in some area. I have also taken it into the ocean as well, sectioning a large water pen area, so it reaches to the ocean floor.

Amazing. Truly incredible to see. How did you get it all to meet up at the end? Whenever i work with round towers, it never lines up perfectly with the original start point.

Luck. There was such a teeny tiny bit of overlap that you couldn't see it. I am sure there is a way to help line it up, but I just went around the edges of the area and got lucky 🤣

Haha, yes, very. Disabling structure collision is the only way to play IMO. It's amazing how many people think that's cheating 🤣

It takes a tiny bit to load. It's not as bad as you might think, though. It's much, much better than ASE.

while this is an amazing build i am abit saddened that you didnt fully embrace the castle aesthetic, to me it looks more like a themepark castle then an actual castle but thats probably just because im overly critical, as i said the built looks great

She did, indeed. XD There's even more in the second part. No clipping is how I choose to play the game. It opens it up immensely. I recommend it to all. A video has been requested for a base that doesn't have any, though.

@@kiitarie Showing Builds you can't do on 95% of servers that exist. and 100% of official servers is LAME. u should inform people u cheated to do it. Id recommend playing the real game and showing people what is really possible. atm ur airbrushing your fat away and telling little girls they can be just like you... sad.

@@kiitarie You always remember Your First. I welcome you to come Build Real things on a PVP server that people will come to and see... Building in ark is FUN. But its 1,000 % more fun when the building serves a purpose and has a viable use in pvp. Not to mention that you are inspiring people to build things they won't be able to build. Like how your wall meeting the tower cant be made on official servers. But if you use triangle ceilings on each side instead of quarters you don't need clipping to be off. 😘

You do, ahaha. Someone else requested a good-looking PVP build, so it IS on the list. I have zero problems with trying. I just build how I like to. I play PVE only. Always have done, always will. Do you have any other pointers for a PVP build? All I've been told is lots of towers with turrets. XD
